Rainier Chorale prides itself on performing a variety of music throughout our yearly three-concert season with an annual Holiday Concert in December, a Masterworks concert in early April, and a Pops Concert in early June. Here are examples from each of those concerts:

“Resonet in laudibus” — joined by a brass quintet and percussion, this piece was performed at our home concert venue, a very acoustically live church in Kent. We often include pieces with their pipe organ as well.

“Old Mother Hubbard” — joined here by the Emerald City Mandolin Quartet, this lively piece is both challenging and fun; we always try to keep a sense of humor in our performances! We often use a variety of forces in accompaniment, with harpsichord, harp, ancient and orchestral instruments used frequently.
